Guide

Emma Lyddan

Originally from California, Emma has been guiding around the world since 2016. Her love for the outdoors began during childhood backpacking trips through Yosemite, eventually leading her to pursue a degree in Environmental Studies, Geography, and Outdoor Studies at the University of Alaska. While there, she spent her time climbing, skiing, and exploring Alaska’s vast wilderness.

Emma leades expeditions throughout Alaska, Washington, and numerous international destinations including Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Norway. In the winter months, she guides in Antarctica. She now calls Slovakia home.

Emma’s passion for guiding stems from the joy she finds in connecting with people from around the world and helping them push beyond their perceived boundaries to achieve their remarkable and empowering goals.
