OUR PROCESS

Once you’ve chosen your climb, trek, or polar expedition, fill out the form on our website or contact us at info@mtnprofessionals.com or call +1 303-956-9945 to check on availability.

Upon receiving confirmation of availability from Mountain Professionals, we will send you the Booking Information Document that explains deposit and payment information for your specific trip. We then ask you to please print and fill out all necessary paperwork.

After you have filled out all paperwork, you can either mail it or scan and submit the application documents electronically. Please note that Mountain Professionals requires all documents to be signed.

Mountain Professionals recommends Global Rescue as a trip Rescue Insurance provider. Click here to find out more and fill out an application form for rescue insurance to cover your trip.
